Silver Needle white tea is a unique, rare and prized white tea, often considered one of the best teas in the world.

It comes from the north of Fujian province, and grows at altitudes between 850 and 1000 m. At the beginning of spring, only young, unopened flowers are harvested, the youngest ones that are still rolled up and have not fully developed. It is appreciated for its elegant appearance, mild sweetness and delicacy.

The ideal conditions for growing this tea are early morning fog and plenty of sun in the afternoon. The color of the infusion is slightly pink and fragrant, and the taste is mild and reminiscent of apricots.
