The website www.harissa.hr is owned by Harissa d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Harissa"). The Terms and Conditions apply to registered users. Any fully capable adult who accepts Harissa's Terms and Conditions can become a registered user. During the initial registration, it is necessary to provide truthful information and fill in all required fields. By registering, the customer confirms acceptance of the general Terms and Conditions. The user is responsible for the security of their password and is advised to change it periodically. Harissa is not liable for any misuse of the user's password, but will take appropriate action upon receiving a report of potential abuse.
We reserve the right to change the terms of use for these websites at any time. Such changes become effective upon publication. The registered user is responsible for regularly reviewing the rules and terms of use and is deemed to be aware of the current rules and terms of use when confirming a purchase.
Every registered user can purchase items from Harissa's offer displayed on the website. The sales contract between the registered user and Harissa becomes valid upon receipt of the ordered shipment and is applicable exclusively within Croatia and Slovenia.
All prices listed include VAT and are expressed in Croatian kuna (HRK) and euros (EUR). Offers and prices for special promotions are valid until the expiration date indicated on the website or until stocks are depleted. Shipping costs, which will be specified separately during the ordering process, are not included in the price. Shipping costs may be increased to cover additional expenses related to delivery, based on the terms of the courier service providing the delivery.
Fixed Conversion Rate: 1 EUR = 7.53450 HRK
The warranty period is indicated for each individual item. For items without a specified warranty period, the general warranty terms according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia apply. You can pay for your ordered items in several ways:
An invoice will be issued with the date of dispatch from our warehouse and will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you want the invoice to be sent to a different address, please notify us during the purchase process in the "notes" field. In the case of credit card payments, Harissa will authorize the payment at the time of delivery. If there are any doubts about the accuracy of the data, we are not obliged to deliver the goods. These conditions also define the shipment of the ordered goods.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
The ordered items will be delivered to your address as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 working days for available items, i.e., those that suppliers have in stock. Under normal conditions, the goods are delivered to the customer on a working day, within 5 to 7 working days from the order date. For deliveries to islands, the maximum delivery time is 7 working days according to the delivery schedule of the courier. If we estimate that the delivery time will exceed 7 working days or that it is no longer possible to deliver the requested item, you will be notified via the email address you provided during registration after verification with the supplier.
In areas where organized delivery is available, your package will be delivered directly to your home. In areas where package delivery is not organized, the post office or a courier company will inform you of the arrival of the shipment, and you will be able to collect your package within the timeframes specified by the delivery service. Harissa or the authorized courier reserves the right to request identification of the recipient through a personal document during the delivery of the goods. If the identification is not provided, Harissa reserves the right not to deliver the sent goods. The recipient confirms receipt of the goods by signing on the delivery note or a similar document.

Every contract concluded by means of distance communication can be terminated by the consumer, without stating a reason, within seven days. In the case of a sales contract, the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this article shall begin on the day the consumer receives the product.
Form of contract withdrawal
The contract is terminated by written notice of termination sent to the trader. The contract is considered terminated at the moment the trader receives the notice of termination. The contract is considered terminated on time if the notice of termination is sent within the prescribed period mentioned above.
Consequences of contract withdrawal
In the event of contract withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the product to the trader at their own expense. The consumer is not liable for any damage suffered by the trader due to the contract termination. The trader is obliged to refund the consumer the total amount paid by the consumer based on the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written notice of termination.
Exclusion of the right to contract withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract based on the preceding articles in the case of a contract:
for the sale of products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, for the sale of products made according to the consumer's specifications, products made exclusively for the consumer, or products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

Harissa reserves the right to delete from the user list those users who would violate these rules and terms or in any other way slow down or disrupt the functioning of the website, and to take appropriate measures against such users. Harissa is not responsible for any damages that may arise due to the interruption of availability, non-publication, or deletion of ads or errors in the operation of the website.
The terms and conditions between users and Harissa are subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably, and if that is not possible, the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE HARISSA LOYALTY APPLICATION
and participation in the HARISSA Loyalty Program
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Harissa Loyalty Application and Participation in the HARISSA Loyalty Program (hereinafter: the “General Terms”) govern the conditions under which HARISSA d.o.o., Ulica Ognjeslava Utješenovića 1, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 38227622392 (hereinafter: the “Company” / “HARISSA”), enables the use of the application and the creation of a user account for participation in the loyalty program.
1.2 The Harissa Loyalty application is a software application intended for users who make purchases at HARISSA retail locations or through the website, and who own mobile devices compatible with the application, for the purpose of participating in the loyalty program.
1. 3 HARISSA reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or explanation, to:
disable the use of the application,
withdraw the application from use,
replace the application with another application,
modify or terminate the loyalty program.
1.4 HARISSA reserves the right to modify the scope, method, and type of benefits available through the loyalty program.
1.5 All inquiries, complaints, and suggestions related to the loyalty program or the use of the application may be submitted via e-mail to: info@harissa.hr
1.6 HARISSA shall respond to complaints within the legally prescribed timeframe.
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
2.1 The application is available for free download via the App Store and Google Play platforms.
2.2 A request for the creation of a user account is submitted through the application. Each user is assigned a unique user account linked to the user’s e-mail address.
2.3 The user is required to provide accurate and complete information. HARISSA shall not be liable for the accuracy of the information entered by the user.
2.4 Before completing registration, the user must accept these General Terms. If the user does not agree, they may not use the application.
2.5 Upon successful registration, the user is issued a user account which may be used immediately.
2.6 The user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and preventing unauthorized use of their account.
2.7 Purchases made at HARISSA retail locations or through the website shall be recorded on the user account provided that the account is presented or the user is logged into the system.
3. COLLECTION AND USE OF POINTS
3.1 Basic Points Collection Rules
Users earn points according to the following model:
for every EUR 1.00 spent, the user earns 1 point.
Examples:
EUR 1.00 – EUR 1.99 = 1 point
EUR 2.00 – EUR 2.99 = 2 points
EUR 3.00 – EUR 3.99 = 3 points
3.2 Points Calculation
For the purpose of calculating points, the following formula applies:
for every EUR 1.00 spent, the user earns 1 point,
respectively, for every EUR 0.01 spent, the user earns 0.01 points.
Points are calculated proportionally to the total purchase value unless otherwise specified in promotional campaigns or special Loyalty Program rules.
3.3 Use of Points – Coupons (Discounts)
Collected points may be exchanged for coupons or purchase discounts according to the following model:

3.4 Promotions and Special Benefits
HARISSA may occasionally activate promotional campaigns offering:
additional points,
special discounts,
exclusive benefits,
of which users will be informed through the application or by e-mail.
3.5 Refunds and Point Adjustments
In the event of:
product returns,
product exchanges,
invoice cancellations,
order cancellations,
the points earned through such transactions shall be deducted or adjusted accordingly.
3.6 Points Balance
Users may check their points balance at any time via:
the mobile application,
the website,
HARISSA retail locations.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The user account may only be used by the registered user.
4.2 The user is required to safeguard their login credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
4.3 In the event of loss, theft, or misuse, the user must immediately notify HARISSA.
4.4 HARISSA shall not be liable for points redeemed prior to the reporting of misuse.
5. ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION
5.1 The user may request deletion of their user account at any time through the application.
Upon deletion:
the user account shall be permanently deleted,
all associated points shall be deleted.
5.2 HARISSA may, without prior notice:
block a user account,
restrict access,
terminate the loyalty program.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1 Participation in the loyalty program is free of charge.
6.2 HARISSA reserves the right to amend these General Terms at any time.
6.3 Any amendments shall enter into force upon publication within the application or through HARISSA official channels.
6.4 Continued use of the application shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
