INGREDIENTS: white tea
This Yunnan version of white tea is grown at altitudes between 1300 and 2000m at average temperatures that can vary between 12 and 23 °C. The big, open, light green leaves has a big silver-colored tip and forms a mild and at the same time delicate fruit bouquet in the cup.
White tea is harvested at the beginning of spring, which is why it had a lighter color and a light, refreshing taste.
The infusion has a floral scent, and the color resembles a sunrise.
